Triger's Tasting Room

What began as a small wine boutique for Triger’s customers has gradually evolved into an independent location with its own distinctive mindset and resident community of aficionados. Opposite Triger and Rouge, the Wine Shop is a warm, intimate space born out of a love for wine and everything that goes well with wine. Various wine events, tastings, and small gatherings are held here, and the shop has become a home for all those who appreciate culinary delights as well as good conversation, and are always happy to discover some new bottle of wine that we just brought back from France.

Pairing

The Wine Shop’s highly selective food menu was created with Triger’s favorite dishes in mind, all intended to ideally complement the wine menu. So you can come here to sample the mineral notes of an Assyrtiko from the Greek mainland, and enjoy it with endives and homemade bread and butter prepared by Chef Nissan himself. Some people prefer to go for a French red wine with raspberry aromas, and accompany it with a tender Denver steak, just like at Triger. Others will roll up on Friday afternoon, because that’s the only time you can eat red tuna nigiri here and sip Japanese sake. Suit yourself.
