We don’t believe in serving up large portions of slop – we’re devoted to bringing you a contemporary meat experience based on the finest local ingredients. That’s why we’ve chosen to work exclusively with experienced veteran farmers who raise Holstein cattle and produce succulent locally-sourced beef. Each cut on our menu is aged to perfection, minimally seasoned, and grilled in just the right way to accentuate its natural flavor.
